The cutter to pressure TUP 3400 has been design for the cut of fabric: cotton and polyester, quilt and elasticised, it’s been designed to include measure for vertical and horizontal cut through PLC, predisposed with countpieces and count metre.

Il PSV 250 pressa sottovuoto cuscini e guanciali in lattice, lana ed in ovatta; può ridurre il volume di ogni prodotto a pochi millimetri (dipende del tipo di materiale) e lo inserisce direttamente nello scatolone.
In pochi secondi la pressa schiaccia e chiude il sacchetto di polietilene, e a quel punto viene spinto nello scatolone.
Quando aprilte il sacchetto il prodotto ritorna al volume originale, anche dopo un lungo periodo.

PLAI 1200 Imballatrice per trapunte, coperte e plaid, creata per ridurre i tempi d'imballaggio e diminuire il personale; lavorando in continuo con l'utilizzo d'un solo operatore.

Tramite rulli trasportatori, ventose e barre saldanti, i singoli pezzi sono impilati, pressati, avvolti in pellicola di polietilene e sigillati pronti per la spedizione.

FUNZIONAMENTO: Il singolo pezzo imbustato, è sistemato dall'operatore su un nastro trasportatore il quale sarà successivamente afferrato da ventose le quali lo deporranno nella zona d’impilatura e pressatura. A completamento pila (il n° dei pezzi per pacco va impostato nel pannello quadro comando), sarà pressato e spinto all'interno nelle bobine di pellicola situate sopra e sotto il pacco, proseguendo su nastri trasportatori dove la pellicola sarà saldata su tutti i lati; il pacco così sigillato uscirà dall'imbustatrice pronto per essere spedito.

When the pile is full ( the number of pieces for package must be setted out) will be pressed and pushed inside the spool over and under the package , it will follow on band convey where the pellicle will be welded in every side; the sealed package will come out from the packing machine ready for consignment.
